off the grid?

I had thrown my phone in the trash at a state park in New Mexico. Other than Food stamps I’m off the grid completely now. I have no ID, I have no bank account, I have no phone tracking my position. I’m thinking I might not renew my food stamps in January when they are up so I can be completely off the grid. I travel around so there’s really now way to know where I am!

I hear mexico lets you in without checking your ID but on your way out they do, or if you get caught in there without one they export you.
